Can you tell that I have been on a shopping spree?

    eBay:

    Half-Fiend Minotaur
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/291216590173?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2648
This guy is about the size of a Frost Giant!!! He could be a Beast for the Minotaurs and maybe a Demon as well for Valkrill.

    Solonavi Domineer
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/331230734893?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2648
Very cool mini! I was thinking Aquilla Kyrie with the gold coloration but he could also be Vydar.

    Goldyx (Half-Dragon?)
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/350921427162?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
I had the thought of the "Draconis Arcanum" the magical book that he is holding that let's him take turns with Wyrmlings.

    General Volkare
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/351092662471?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648

Found this Heroclix "Yu-Gi-Oh" figure for about $2.  Could be a new Soulborg ... maybe after a paint-job.

    Warrior of Ashra hero?

I could also see this Heroine and the Aubrien Hero as "Rangers" and we could do Ranger synergy with Brandis Skyhunter : P

Maybe a version of "Mind Link" similar to Ulginesh but for Rangers.

    --
    Okay, here are some ideas:
    Spoiler:

Figures: Mage Knight – Dark Riders
    Name: Freeholder Sorceress #22
    HEROSCAPE CUSTOM STATS
    Unit Name: KAYLA WILLOWSONG
    General: ULLAR
    Species: Elf
    Type: Unique Hero
    Class: Ranger
    Personality: Tricky
    Size: MEDIUM 4
    Points: 70
    Stats
    Life: 3
    Move: 6
    Range: 1
    Attack: 3
    Defense: 3

    CLOAK OF THE WOODLANDS
When Kayla Willowsong rolls defense dice against a normal attack, one shield will block all damage.

    SONG OF THE RANGERS
After revealing an order marker on Kayla Willowsong, before taking a turn with Kayla Willowsong, you may first take a turn with a Ranger hero you control.

    ALLIANCE OF ASHRA
Instead of taking a turn with Kayla Willowsong, you may take a turn with a Tricky squad that you control that follows Ullar.  Tricky figures that are adjacent to Kayla Willowsong add 1 to their attack when attacking an adjacent figure.

[Tricky squads = Warriors of Ashra, Eilan Sidhe]

Figures: Mage Knight – Dark Riders
    Name: Freeholder Warrior #17
    HEROSCAPE CUSTOM STATS
    Unit Name: VARINN
    General: ULLAR
    Species: Elf
    Type: Unique Hero
    Class: Ranger
    Personality: Precise

    Points: 90
    Stats
    Life: 4
    Move: 6
    Range: 5
    Attack: 4
    Defense: 3

    CHANNEL RAGE
Anytime you roll the 20-sided die for an Army Card with the Frenzy or Battle Frenzy special power, you may add 1 to your die roll for each wound marker on Varinn's Army Card.

    SONG OF THE RANGERS
After revealing an order marker on Varinn, before taking a turn with Varinn, you may first take a turn with a Ranger hero you control.

    ALLIANCE OF AUBRIA
Instead of taking a turn with Varinn, you may take a turn with a Precise squad you control that follows Ullar.  Precise figures that are adjacent to Varinn add 1 to their attack when attacking a non-adjacent figure.

[Precise Ullar squads = Aubrien Archers, Elite Onyx Vipers]

    ARMY IDEAS:
    # 1

Okay, so I've been peaking at more Pathfinder Lost Coast figures.

    # 1. Here's possible new Wyrmling .. though he's a little expensive.  I've ordered 4 of them to see how they compare to other Wyrmlings.

    # 2.  Large Dragon - he's a Rare so expensive but I ordered 1 to see how he compares to say Charos.

Forest Drake from Pathfinder Battles - Lost Coast

This was an Xmas gift for Nomad and I have one too!  Should be an awesome double-spaced custom.  Could be a dragon, could be a 'drake,' or some other dragon-kin.

    http://paizo.com/image/content/PathfinderBattles/WZK71576_ForestDrake.jpg

Ideas that I was kicking around:
    Spoiler:

    VELLEXI, the Forest Drake

    General: AQUILLA
    Species: Dragon
    Type: Unique Hero
    Class: Drake
    Personality: Ferocious
    Size: HUGE 10

    Points: 150

    Stats
    Life: 5
    Move: 7
    Range: 1
    Attack: 4
    Defense: 4

    ACID CLOUD SPECIAL ATTACK
    Range: 6 Attack: 3
Choose a figure to attack. You may also choose up to two other figures adjacent to the targeted figure to be affected by Acid Cloud Special Attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately.
    CARRY
Before moving Vellexi, choose an unengaged friendly small or medium figure adjacent to Vellexi. After you move Vellexi, place the chosen figure adjacent to Vellexi.

    FLYING
When counting spaces for Vellexi’s movement, ignore elevations. Vellexi may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. When Vellexi starts to fly, if she is engaged she will take any leaving engagement attacks.

No problem, I am a compulsive eBay shopper : )  I have a few more to show you when we game on Friday that I think you'll like. This one is particularly cool -- Mage Knight Whirlwind set - Horned Impaler. I was thinking of a Large Wild Orc Champion like Nerak. This way it could work with Gruts or Deathchasers. Was also thinking of going Beast instead of Champion for Arrow Gruts.

Not like those units need much help : )

I need 2 raelins for the wings and 2 replacements so each kid has a version for 4 total (only need 2 at the moment). Blastatrons would be 2 total of the squad. Ebay had Raelins for $1.69 a piece and blastatrons 2 for $15.99. I will charge William the cost of these and give you the dough if you have enough to spare.

Derek, thanks again for the newly painted Vindicators!!

I like your idea of using the Confrontation: Executioners as a Common Squad.

At $8 per box of 4 figures, that's $2 per figure, which is well within range.  Maybe a squad of 3, so that if we buy 3 boxes - we'll have 12 figures for 4 squads.

I picked up CLAUSTROPHIA the board game to see if the mini's were cool.  There are several that are really awesome! especially the two main heroes:

You get 17 painted mini's for about $45 (when ordering through Miniature Market).  11 of those are little demons (about the size of Goblin Slashers).  I'm not sure if it is worth the price (yet) but maybe I'll come up with some cool options/ideas.

I think he looks good with the "horned demon" from Pathfinder:

I picked up a Fangs attachment box for about $7 from MM.

I was thinking of using one of these figures for a Unique Varkaanan to help the Blade Dancers.  With all of the "male" Varkaanan Unique Squads that were released, the Blade Dancers are sort of obsolete.  No power ideas in mind yet, just the concept of helping the Lady Dancers : P

This is the "Grave Guardian" from the set:

I found some cool figures from the "Combat Hex" Lord of the Rings game.  They are only about $2/each.  I've ordered a few to see how the scale lines up.

    Lothlorien Elf Archer

    High Elf Archer

    Gondorian Archer

    Gondorian Ranger

I receive the Lord of the Rings Combat Hex mini's.  They are great and the perfect size for 'Scape.

    Pics behind Spoiler
    Spoiler:

I really like the High Elf Archer (gold/purple) - and could see him as figure boosting Einar Archers (Tagawa Samurai Archers/Roman Archers)

I like the Warrior - perfect for another Viking or maybe Dreadgull style and the masked Archer would be a cool Sniper/Assassin.

    Hey Nomad,

Huskies16 said he really likes Archers .. so if he would like to take on one of the LotR figures, just let me know.

I mostly had ideas for the purple/gold Elf Archer to boost Tagawa Samurai Archers and Roman Archers .. but the others are fair game!

Colors look Einar, but he could pass for Valkrill. Looks like the Tomb Skeletons (and the future skeletons) have their master or big bully.
