Alright, I did a little mini ordering today : )

GNOLLS!!  I ordered 2 of each.  Thinking Heroes for the Gnoll faction.

(gnoll priestess is in the center)

Derek, I ordered 2 of this "Inquisitor" - thinking you could add to the Shadow Slayer faction:

    http://static3.paizo.com/image/content/PathfinderBattles/20141031-Imrijka.jpg

I ordered 2 of the figure on the left and center:
    http://www.crittohit.com/images/resize/w/730/imagestore/articles/10101/paizo-pathfinder-battles-iconic-heroes-alain-damiel-alahazra.jpg

The left is an "alchemist" and the guy in the center I was thinking of for a pseudo-flag bearer.

    And for fun:

    Shopping compulsion continues : )

I picked up 3 of these guys from a seller in the UK.  They need a nice black-wash to bring their tone more in line with the Hornskull Brutes but a solid mini.

I found these painted Space Marines on eBay and couldn't resist.  They look amazing in person, too.

There are 12 of them, so I could see a Unique Squad of 4 to share .. or a Common Squad (maybe 3 squads of 4 figures).

Here are two figures that I was hoping for help with a custom modification.

I was thinking of combining the wall of fire from the Pyromaniac and putting in around Liz Sherman's miniature.  Thoughts?

    Dragon is very cool.

Liz and the teddy-bear kid seem too much like C3G comics to me.

Love the space marines. I will try to look them up for availability and pricing. Do you have their official name and product line?

A perfect hero for the Minotaur faction. Thanks for picking one up for us. Just looking at the pic, I know this is ready to start thinking about stats and powers - some sculpts just say "design me, I want on the battlefield!"

Minotaur arrived and he is a little smaller than the other Minotaurs in our faction. But he lines up with Syvarris.

I still think he will work. Apeo is pretty small as well. So, we have another Minotaur that is super powerful.

There is a custom-making contest on Heroscapers.com and here is my "secret" entry : )

Cool Figures for possible Customs - Page 2 31ZWuuBqFQL

The figure is a Mr. Freeze from HeroClix.

    Spoiler:

    Name: CONRAD SNOWDYNN

    General: Jandar
    Unique Hero
    Species: Human
    Class: Technomancer
    Personality: Bold
    Medium 5

    Life: 4
    Move: 5
    Range: 6
    Attack: 3
    Defense: 5
    125 points

    FREEZE RAY
Conrad Snowdynn starts each game with up to 12 slippery ice tiles on his Army Card. After moving and before attacking with Conrad Snowdynn, you may choose a land space within 6 clear sight spaces of Conrad Snowdynn. Place 1 slippery ice tile from his Army Card on the chosen land space if the tile fits normally onto that space. You may also place up to 2 slippery ice tiles from this Army Card adjacent to the chosen space.

    FROZEN FOOTFALL
Before moving, you may remove 1 slippery ice tile from the Army Card to activate Frozen Footfall for the remainder of the round. While Conrad Snowdynn is on a water, ice, or snow space, that space and all same-level water spaces adjacent to Conrad Snowdynn are considered normal ice spaces.

    KILLING FROST
When Conrad Snowdynn attacks a figure that is on a snow or ice space, or adjacent to a glacier mountain, that figure subtracts 2 from their defense dice.

This customs builder is in Edmonds, WA.  I chatted with him over email.  He works weekends so he can't join our group but I like some of his designs.

I bought 2 squads of this squad and they look great!  Insect Squad to support Sujoah : P

I picked up this figure for about $2.00 and he is pretty cool. Good scale with Heroscape - could be a Knight, Paladin, or some other medieval class. Could be a nice inexpensive, good availability figure:

    Ring Wraith from Combat Hex

I ordered 2 of these guys .. one to share with the Schafte Brother's.  I'm thinking of a Unique Hero that helps the Shades and or Phantoms.  The Shades need the most help, and are one of my favorites.

    I'll brainstorm some stats.

This is the "Bearded Devil" from the new Pathfinder Battles Deadly Foes set (releasing this month).

I am thinking of a VALKRILL unique hero to help the Deathknights and Mezzodemon's slow progress on the battlefield as 2-person squads.

Did you get these guys? If so, will you share? Can we make a unique squad out of them? I know I am going back a year plus . . . but they are pretty cool. I'm thinking unique squad with some range, a heavy engaged attack . . . I would love to start to develop them.

YES, I have the Space Marines.  They. Are. Awesome.

I don't have details on the specific figures for making more but I think I have enough for 3 squads of 4 figures.  I wouldn't mind making a custom for them.  Could also make them a Unique Squad so we can share amongst the 3 of us.
