Q. Which power triggers first ? Is it Talon Strike 14, or is it Uvall's Demonic Exchange ?
A. OM revealed on Uvall. He attacks and destroys a figure:
First - if the destroyed figure was within 8 spaces of an unengaged Harpy, move that Harpy with Blood Frenzy. Note Harpies only get Blood Frenzy when a figure is destroyed by an attack. You can't have Braxas destroy figures with Acid Breath and activate Blood Frenzy.
Second - After attacking, since Uvall destroyed a figure he can roll for Demonic Exchange. If he succeeds you can bring back a previously destroyed Harpy (or other demon squad figure).
Third - after taking a turn with Uvall, you may take a turn with a squad of Harpies. This could include a Harpy that was just summoned with Demonic Exchange.
Following this order - Uvall does not get to do Demonic Exchange before using a Harpy's Blood Frenzy.

The powers name was changed to Talon Frenzy 14 wasn't it? As Blood Frenzy was the same name as Shauguan Raider power.

Character Bio:
Shortly after rising to power in Valhalla, the new Archkyrie general, Valkrill, sought to expand his army. To find more soldiers willing to carry out his plan for annihilation and chaos, Valkrill turned again to demonic forces.
As a commander to aid the newly summoned Morgoloth, the mages of Valkrill and Utgar called forth Uvall, the Demon Lord of Wrath. With is vulture-like visage and massive talons, the demon lord brought incredible strength, power, and speed to the legion. In addition to physical might, Uvall can channel incredible necromantic energies. His command of dark magic allows him to harness the energy of a dying soul to transport another demon to the realm of Valhalla. This “soul exchange” allows Uvall to increase Valkrill’s legion at the cost of his enemy’s soldiers.
Uvall has used his necromantic powers to bring forth his demonic servants, the Bloodhunter Harpies. The Harpies are vicious predators of the sky, swooping down on unsuspecting prey with their black talons and razor-sharp beaks. The sightless-demons hunt primarily through sound and smell. The slightest amount of blood on the battlefield whips them into a feeding frenzy with Harpies whirling and diving at the wounded and dying in hopes of feasting on the fallen. A feeding Harpy is incredibly territorial and lashes out with claws and beak at those too close to its latest meal. Few things can control a Harpy when it is feeding, except their master, Uvall.

After revealing an order marker on this Army Card and taking a turn with Uvall, you may take a turn with one squad of Terrifying Demons you control.
FLYING
When counting spaces for Uvall’s movement, ignore elevations. Uvall may fly over water without stopping, pass over figures without becoming engaged, and fly over obstacles such as ruins. If Uvall is engaged when it starts to fly, it will take any leaving engagement attacks.
Character Bio:
Shortly after rising to power in Valhalla, the new Archkyrie general, Valkrill, sought to expand his army. To find more soldiers willing to carry out his plan for annihilation and chaos, Valkrill turned again to demonic forces.
As a commander to aid the newly summoned Morgoloth, the mages of Valkrill and Utgar called forth Uvall, the Demon Lord of Wrath. With is vulture-like visage and massive talons, the demon lord brought incredible strength, power, and speed to the legion. In addition to physical might, Uvall can channel incredible necromantic energies. His command of dark magic allows him to harness the energy of a dying soul to transport another demon to the realm of Valhalla. This “soul exchange” allows Uvall to increase Valkrill’s legion at the cost of his enemy’s soldiers.
Uvall has used his necromantic powers to bring forth his demonic servants, the Bloodhunter Harpies. The Harpies are vicious predators of the sky, swooping down on unsuspecting prey with their black talons and razor-sharp beaks. The sightless-demons hunt primarily through sound and smell. The slightest amount of blood on the battlefield whips them into a feeding frenzy with Harpies whirling and diving at the wounded and dying in hopes of feasting on the fallen. A feeding Harpy is incredibly territorial and lashes out with claws and beak at those too close to its latest meal. Few things can control a Harpy when it is feeding, except their master, Uvall.

Q. Which power triggers first ? Is it Talon Strike 14, or is it Uvall's Demonic Exchange ?
A. OM revealed on Uvall. He attacks and destroys a figure:
First - if the destroyed figure was within 8 spaces of an unengaged Harpy, move that Harpy with Blood Frenzy. Note Harpies only get Blood Frenzy when a figure is destroyed by an attack. You can't have Braxas destroy figures with Acid Breath and activate Blood Frenzy.
Second - After attacking, since Uvall destroyed a figure he can roll for Demonic Exchange. If he succeeds you can bring back a previously destroyed Harpy (or other demon squad figure).
Third - after taking a turn with Uvall, you may take a turn with a squad of Harpies. This could include a Harpy that was just summoned with Demonic Exchange.
Following this order - Uvall does not get to do Demonic Exchange before using a Harpy's Blood Frenzy.
