Only a Squire (Templar Squire- not big on Only a Squire name)
If the Templar Cavalry are in an army, then only 1 Templar Squire may be drafted into same army for each Templar Cavalry squad.
or
If the Templar Cavalry are in an army, there cannot be more Templar Squires than there are Squads of the Templar Cavalry.

I think we can start play testing. I am thinking about a name change and wording change for the first power, but it would be the same intent.
